Champagne Palmer & Co. Rose Solera

The palate for this Champagne offers flavors of wild strawberries, with hints of red and black currants, vanilla and spice. Fresh and full-bodied, with fine tannins and elegant fruits. Serve chilled. Excellent as an aperitif. Paris well with finely sliced Bellota ham, smoked salmon, chicken and spring vegetable samosas, grilled red mullet, assorted cheese and red berry fruit zabaglione.
