Developed in conjunction with Ernest Hemingway's estate, this solera-blended rum has a pale straw color and rich brown sugar aroma. Despite an odd plastic note midpalate, this rum finishes with lots of bold vanilla and sticky brown sugar, and should do well mixed with ginger ale, or in any cocktail where a sweet note is desired.
