The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, tension as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain, suavity as well as gourmandize/generosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of kumquat, crushed pear, small notes of small pulpy/bright yellow fruits associated with touches of apple flowers, almond, flint, quenette and discreet hints of mandarine mesocarp.
