Subtle aromas of caramel candies and steamed rice. Light and semi-sharp texture with a dry and acidic flavor. Soft and easy to drink with a very quick finish. This sake is brewed with Miyamizu water, a famous spring water containing minerals that give this sake a "hard" or sharp texture. Can be enjoyed slightly chilled or warmed with any food.
