L'Umami Pinot Noir 2018
Parducci Cabernet Sauvignon 2018This is a bold but well-balanced wine, with densely fruity aromas, and appealing flavors of pomegranate and blueberry. A layer of fine tannins adds a grippy mouthfeel, making it great with a roast chicken or grilled lamb chop.
Plantation Rum Three Stars White Rum 1LA large majority of rum producers offer a white rum variety. Maison Ferrand wanted to produce a white rum that would stand out from the others using rums aged and unaged and taking advantage of the exceptional talent of the House for blending cognacs. Plantation 3 Stars is a blend of rums from three islands: Trinidad (rum aged two or three years), Barbados (young rum), and Jamaica (old rum). This final blend was carefully thought out by our cellar master and each island brings its own aromatic characteristics.

Vale Fox Distillery Tod & Vixens Dry Gin 1651Specifically designed to enhance the flavors of gin cocktails, our inaugural Tod & Vixen's Dry Gin 1651 is made by macerating botanicals - including juniper, angelica root and rooibos tea - to extract their flavors, then non-chill filtering to retain the unearthed profile. The resulting sip is bold on the entry, giving way to a well-balanced, vibrant gin with a weighty mouthfeel.
Cocchi Americano Rosa AperitivoCocchi Rosa name reminds us that it's produced with red wines, from which it derives its colour and wild rose notes. Refined with natural extracts of flowers and spices, in particular gentian, cinchona and citrus as per the Americano Bianco but with the addition of saffron, vanilla and rose petals. Its beautiful red colour is completely natural and derives from the wine. The name "Americano" is both due to the alcohol made bitter ("amaricato") by the addition of herbs and spices and to the American habit of drinking vermouth with ice and soda.
Cocchi Americano BiancoMade to the same recipe since 1891, this Moscato-based aperitif wine has long been a staple of Asti. While the Americano name implies a gentian focus, the wine also includes quinine and citrus for a flavorful, refreshing profile. Pairings: In Piemonte it is served chilled with ice, a splash of soda and a peel of orange. Cocchi Americano Bianco's combination of fruit, spice and bitter undertones can perfect a number of classic mixed drinks. This same profile makes it splendid pairing with all kinds of pickles, nuts, charcuterie and cheeses.
