Gently aged for 1 year in ex-American Oak whiskey barrels, giving it a light amber color. Aromas of black tea, pepper and wet tobacco. A palate with complex cooked agave notes with dark cacao, coffee, nutmeg, dried fruits and salted caramel. Long-lasting peppery finish with a buttery mouthfeel.

The palate mixes sweetness and pleasing salinity: salted almonds winds into bell pepper, asparagus and fresh herbs. Salted vanilla sweetness takes over into the warming finish. Aged one year in ex-American whiskey barrels.
