Burgans AlbariñoA bright greenish yellow color with golden highlights. A uniquely fruity aroma where the variety is clearly appreciated, highlighting hints of ripe apples, apricots, and peach aromas. It is rich, mellow and well-balanced. The aftertaste is fully rounded and off dry on the palate with juicy fruit flavors, clean acidity and a long, mineral-dominated finish. Pairs well with seafood, shellfish, poultry, rice, mild cheese.

Yalumba Organic Viognier 2017Pale straw in colour with green hues, and enticing aromas of fennel, apricot nectar, jasmine and curry leaf. On the palate apricot nectar and fennel are joined by white flowers and star fruit leading to a creamy, rich and long mid palate with Asian five spice on the finish. Food Pairing: Red duck curry; pad Thai; or red lentil dhal with spinach.

Tiefenbrunner Pinot Grigio 2019Straw yellow in color with lemon highlights, this Pinot Grigio is youthful and lively. On the nose, this wine has aromas of subtle citrus, white flower, pear and apple, and sweet, dried meadow grass. Flavors of citrus and pear give way to a stony minerality and a crisp finish. This is a nice quaffing wine that will also pair well with lighter fish and chicken dishes as well as grilled vegetables and light pasta dishes like Pasta Primavera.
Terrabianca CampaccioLively ruby color with notes of blackberries, cacao, and roasted almond. Balanced and harmonious on the palate with an excellent structure. Excellent with red meat and seasoned cheeses.
Poggio Antico Brunello di Montalcino Altero 2012Altero is a deep and intense ruby red, which shows great concentration. The bouquet is wide, very fruity, persistent and elegant. The taste is full, warm, and round with a complex structure and fine ripe tannins. This wine is very smooth on the palate and suited for a long bottle aging.
Avignonesi Vino Nobile di MontepulcianoA soft, nicely-rounded wine with elegant aromas of fresh red berries and floral and balsamic undertones. Medium-bodied with a palate of ripe blackberry and black cherry fruit, silky tannins, and a long mineral finish. While nicely balanced to enjoy now, the wine will age well for six to eight years.

Ciacci Piccolomini d'Aragona Brunello di Montalcino 2015Ruby red verging on garnet. The bouquet is intense, fruit-forward, spicy and floral with hints of red berry fruits enriched by delicate spicy notes. Warm, soft and very well balanced on the palate; well structured with soft tannins and long aftertaste. It is a great companion to roasted and stewed game meat. Excellent with mature cheeses and traditional hand-made pasta featuring red meat and game ragout.

Terlato Vineyards Friuli Pinot Grigio 2017Bright aromas of white peach, pear and spring flowers. Complex and layered with ripe peach, apricot, and pear, a mouthfilling texture and crisp mineral finish.
Kettmeir Pinot Grigio 2018It has a color that varies between garnet red and pale ruby, a pleasant, fruity fragrance with light hints of violets and a mellow flavor, with an attractive finish reminiscent of bitter almonds and cherries. A wine for drinking throughout a meal, though we particularly recommend it with vegetable-based pasta and rice dishes, rabbit, chicken or the traditional speck (salted smoked raw ham).
Jermann Pinot Grigio 2018Pinot Grigio from Pinot Grigio grapes, fermented as a white wine. It has an intense straw-yellow colour; its aroma is intense, full and fruity, with excellent persistence. Its taste is dry, velvety, and particularly well-orchestrated for its full body. To be paired with fish soups, chargrilled seafood and various dishes based on field mushrooms and porcini mushrooms. This wine is wonderful with squid ink lasagnette pasta and crayfish sauce.
