te Pa Sauvignon Blanc

The 2016 Sauvignon Blanc has a perfumed bouquet displaying aromatics of grapefruit, lime blossom, and passionfruit. The citrus theme continues through the palate, supported by some more tropical nuances of papaya, and feijoa. The Awatere fruit dominates the back of the palate with lingering flavours of lime, nettles and sage. The wine is generously textured with a sprinkling of delicate phenolics and a crisp vein of acidity. This wine is a great match with all seafood, particularly shellfish. The crisp flavours work well with fresh summer salads, or try it with a soft goat cheese.
