Tormaresca NepricaColor: An intense ruby red. Aroma: Notes of fresh red fruit (plums and cherries), of flowers (roses and violets), and spices (pepper and chocolate). Flavor: A wine of good structure, crisp, supple, and elegant with a return of the notes of red fruit on the long finish and aftertaste.
Sean Minor 4 Bears ChardonnayOur Central Coast Chardonnay is a golden straw color and displays aromas of white peach, pears and tropical nuances with subtle notes of butter. On the entry, pear, pineapple and green apple flavors are framed by nice acidity which integrates well with the medium body mouth feel. Those same fruit flavors evolve into a hint of minerality that adds complexity to the lengthy finish.
Mercer Subsoil Cabernet SauvignonThis Cabernet Sauvignon gives us aromas of ripe black fruit with notes of baked blackberry pie, warm baking spices, and earthy undertones. The voluminous fruit carries through in the mouth. Powdery tannins give structure to the wine while maintaining an elegant balanced mouth feel, with a soft, velvety lingering finish. This wine shows great expression of the terroir of the Horse Heaven Hills.
