Black Magnolia Pinot Noir 2019
|Region||United States, Oregon, Willamette Valley|
Our 2019 Pinot Noir has complex aromatics of ripe cranberries with a rich earthiness and notes of black tea and cinnamon. The palate is true to Oregon with loads of raspberry and black cherry balanced by a hint of currant, all framed by silky tannins and vibrant acidity. Named a "Top Value" by Tim Fish in the annual Wine Spectator Oregon report.
Despite a bitter note when first opened, this pushes clean raspberry fruit front and center. The tannins add a streak of earth and green herbs, thickening up through the finish. It's a sturdy, almost rustic wine but delivers plenty of flavor.
