The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva from Barrancas, Maipu was aged for 12 months in American and 1/5 French barrels. Dark garnet in the glass. The nose of redcurrant, blueberry and blackberry jam has good character and intensity enhanced by cedar and orange petit fours. Full but comfortable on the palate with active tannins and an expansive flow, the lengthy finish delivers ripe fruit and syrup aromas. A sun-kissed Cabernet.

Ripe cherry and bell pepper aromas blend with a subtle note of smoke. This wine delivers ripe red plum and roasted bell pepper on the palate. While the wine needs more structure, it is medium-bodied with soft tannins and chocolate notes in the finish, making it very enjoyable.
