Hoopla The Mutt Red Wine |

| This wine has a deep brick red color with dark red edges. The aromas jump out of the glass conveying concentrated fruit, extended barrel aging in French oak. Intense boysenberry and cinnamon spices upfront are backed by vanilla and brown sugar notes. The palate is rich with ripe cherry, plum and sandalwood and finish with dry tannins. The grapes come from Rutherford in the heart of the Napa Valley and it is comprised of Merlot, Malbec, Petite Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Food Pairing: This wine will pair well with anything grilled especially a double cut Pork Chop or Rib Eye steak and best served with fingerling roasted potatoes tossed in sea salt and rosemary and lightly sautéed baby spinach in sesame oil and sprinkled with seeds. | |
