Whites


Rolf Binder Highness Riesling- Perfumed with highlights of lemon and lime with expressive rose florals and candied musk. Good acidity lifts up a crisp, fresh palate with a finish of lemon peel and zesty lime.

Michel Torino Cuma Torrontes- Aromas of rose petals and hints of jasmine and orange. on the palate it's fresh and floral with refreshing, bracing acidity- featuring flavors of fresh peaches. Also organic!

Danzante Pinot Grigio- Bouquet rich with aromas of tropical fruit such as papaya and pineapple, followed by delicate floral notes. Palate is fresh and well balanced with persistence.

Guigal Cote du Rhone Blanc- Fresh nose marked by distinctive Viognier, white flower, apricot and white peach. Palate is plentiful with fruit, richness and body. Well-rounded and elegant.

Heitz Cellars Napa Valley Chardonnay- Refreshing and expressive with aromas of crisp apple and Asian pear, backed by invigorating acidity. Medium bodied with a touch of French oak, giving it dimension and an elegant, lasting finish.

Jam Cellars Butter Chardonnay- Rich, bold and luscious with flavors of ripe, juicy stone fruit and baked lemons. Rich creaminess with a spine of oak yields a long, vanilla finish.

Lamberti Prosecco- Floral aromas with peach and tropical fruit notes. Lively and effervescent with a clean and crisp palate, balanced acidity and a lingering finish.

Rose

Mas De Gourgonnier Les Baux de Provence Rose- A poster child for Provencal Rose: fresh, lightly fruity with beautiful strawberry notes leading to a intricate finish.

Barton & Guestier Cotes de Provence Rose- Explosive bouquet of red berries, fragrant flowers and citrus. Lively palate with a jammy fruit finish. Light and fresh.

Red

Block Nine Caiden's Vineyard Pinot Noir- Rich and ripe with cherry and berry flavors. Silky mix of strawberry, violets, plum, tea and hints of clove. Long finish with a hint of sandalwood.

Argyle Willamette Valley Pinot Noir- Nose of dark cherry, red raspberry and earthy minerality, leading to a lush and graceful palate. Dense and focused finish with firm tannins.

Joel Gott Oregon Pinot Noir- Aromas of ripe cherries, red plum and raspberry with hints of tobacco and vanilla. Lush, juicy palate and a long elegant finish on this one.

Filon Real Garnacha- Aromas of smoke and mineral with wild cherry on the palate. Full but not heavy, broad and chewy tannins leaves a finish spiked with chocolate and licorice notes.

D.A.C Dao Red Blend- Herbs and cracked green peppercorns to start leading to a palate of cool red fruit and lasting peppery spice. Let this one breath a bit before enjoying.

Fattoria del Cerro Manero Rosso- Bouquet of wild berry, spices and vanilla. Decisive, dense and round palate with a persistent following finish. Bold, but not too much so.

Accademia dei Racemi Sinfarosa Zinfandel- Spiced and complex with rich hints of pepper, chocolate and red cherry. Full bodied with soft and subtle tannins.

Rodney Strong Knotty Vines Zinfandel- Russian River meets Alexander Valley meets Dry Creek! Fresh bright raspberry with ripe pepperiness. Medium bodied with inherent spice held up by a blend of both French and American oak.

Bonterra Cabernet Sauvignon- Bright cherry, currant and raspberry with notes of toasted oak and vanilla. Structured and medium-weighted with polished tannins and balanced acidity through the finish. Also organic!
