For the Spiced Pumpkin Martini:

1/4 cup raw cane sugar
1 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

Shake ingredients together and use to rim the martini glass.

2 ounces Crop Organic Pumpkin Vodka
1/4 ounce maple syrup
1/4 ounce ginger liqueur
1/4 ounce lemon juice
3 drops Bittermen’s Bitters

Shake everything together with ice and strain into the martini glass rimmed with spiced sugar.

Pumpkin Old Fashioned

For the Pumpkin Old Fashioned:
2 ounces rye whiskey
1 ounce maple syrup
1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
1/4 ounce Art in the Age Snap Liqueur
4 heaping teaspoons Pumpkin King Cordial or pumpkin puree
1 dash orange Bittermen's bitters

Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange slice.

For the Spiced Pumpkin "Negroni"

1 1/2 ounces Crop Organic Pumpkin Vodka
1 1/2 ounces Aperol or Campari
1 1/2 Sweet Vermouth
Citrus twist for garnish

Pour the ingredients into an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with citrus twist.
